These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, proposals, bookings, and travel packages arranged by Tissou Tours. By confirming a package, the traveller agrees to the applicable terms communicated with that booking.
Package inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, accommodation, activities, meals, transportation, and pricing may vary according to the selected package and confirmed proposal. Only services specifically included in the confirmed package are considered part of the booking.
Prices and payment schedules are communicated as part of the travel proposal or booking confirmation. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment and confirmation conditions have been fulfilled.
Travel plans may need to change because of weather, operational conditions, supplier availability, local restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Tissou Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information, following applicable local rules and safety instructions, and carrying the documents required for their travel.
Transportation or other third-party services are included only when expressly stated in the confirmed package. Where external partners are used, their applicable terms and conditions may also apply.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the package, suppliers involved, booking conditions, and the time remaining before travel. The applicable cancellation terms will be communicated with the booking.
